Location: North Cascade Family Physicians

City: Mount Vernon, WA

Position: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 4 days/week, 9-hour days, non-exempt (hourly)

Compensation:

• Medical Assistant (MA-C): $22.47 - $31.86 per hour
• LPN: $24.94 - $35.36 per hour

Placement within the wage range depends on relevant experience.

Bonus: Sign-on bonus of $3,000 for full-time (0.75 - 1.0 FTE) and $1,500 for part-time (0.5 - 0.74 FTE) positions, subject to payback clause.

Education & Licensure Requirements:

• Completion of accredited Medical Assistant or LPN program
• Active or interim MA-C or LPN licensure through Washington State Department of Health
• Maintain BLS certification as per FCN policy

Must meet physical demands and immunization standards according to applicable health and safety guidelines, with exemption options available for medical or religious reasons.
