Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Medical Assistant/MA-C for our Infectious Disease Clinics in Seattle. You’ll support administrative and clinical tasks, including scheduling, updating EPIC records, and taking patients’ vital signs under supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited medical assistant program with hands-on clinical training.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program.
• Completed two years of medical training in US Armed Forces.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant with vital signs, injections, and medication administration.
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 6 months of healthcare experience.
• 6 months of Medical Assistant experience.
