North Memorial Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for Atrium Specialty Clinic and Weight and Lifestyle Management to support providers and manage patient flow in a busy clinic. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to the Minnesota scope of practice for Medical Assistants.

The position requires MA program completion and prior clinical experience, with on-the-job training and potential certification preferred. Shift is days, on-site at Robbinsdale/Maple Grove network locations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• On-the-job experience or training.
• Participation in a registration program and passing the credentialing exam.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer flow in the clinic and assist providers in treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinic Supervisor, Clinic Manager, and Providers to meet goals.
• Perform delegated tasks as described by nursing and practice guidelines.
