Job summary

HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians in Roseville, MN is seeking a Medical Assistant (LPN/CMA/RMA/EMT) for a 1.0 FTE role based at the Roseville clinic, with potential coverage at Lino Lakes and Hugo. This position includes a $1,000 hiring bonus and a varied schedule.

You will room patients, record vital signs, assist with procedures, prepare exam rooms, manage charts and communications while maintaining privacy and safety. Current BLS and MA/LPN credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• LPN: Minnesota license required.
• MA: graduate of an accredited MA program or EMT with EMT license.
• RMA: MA program and AAMA/AMT registration.
• CMA: MA program and CMA certification (AAMA/AMT).
• Current BLS certification for health professionals required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs per clinic guidelines.
• Assist with medications and procedures per policy.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms and set up for procedures.
• Maintain charts and station records as instructed.
• Provide health education materials and document care.
• Support infection control and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate clinic communications and schedules.
• Stock and manage supplies and equipment.
