Job summary

Think Whole Person Healthcare Aksarben is seeking Medical Assistants (MA) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team in Omaha, NE. Work regular business hours with no nights or weekends, and contribute to a patient-centered care environment.

This Clinical Staff role coordinates care plans, manages a demanding workload with accuracy, and supports patients, families, and the healthcare team under provider supervision. Prior MA/LPN experience and EHR familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Certification as CMA, RMA or LPN required.
• Active medication aide and BLS/CPR certification required.
• One year of MA or LPN experience preferred using EHR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with the health care team and prepare patients for examination or treatment.
• Perform vital signs, measurements, and basic screening; document findings in the EHR.
• Maintain accurate documentation, relay instructions, schedule follow-ups, and manage patient flow.
• Collect specimens as required and assist with procedures following clinic protocols.
• Adhere to infection control standards and ensure room cleanliness and supply par levels.
