Job summary

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join the OB/GYN Clinic team. The role supports patient care, rooming patients, and coordinating services in a high-volume outpatient setting.

The position offers a Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with a Friday half-day, a competitive hourly wage with a sign-on bonus, and benefits in a community-based hospital known for exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or relevant certification within 12 months of hire or have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Proficiency in basic medical terminology and procedures and knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems

The Position: OB/GYN Clinic Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse

Employment Status: Full-time

8AM to 4:30PM on Monday through Thursday (30 minute lunch), and 8AM to 12PM on Friday

Compensation:

• Medical Assistant Uncertified Compensation: $17.75 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience
• Medical Assistant Certified Compensation: $19.00 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience
• LPN Compensation: $24.50 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience
• RN Compensation: $30.74 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Assessments, assisting providers with procedures, calling patients with test results, filing, ordering medical supplies, and additional duties as assigned by OB/GYN Clinic providers
• Coordination of patient care

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or relevant certification within 12 months of hire or have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Proficiency in basic medical terminology and procedures and knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Certifications and Licenses:

• Must complete certification with an accredited Medical Assistant program within 12 months of hire or have a current unencumbered Montana/Compact LPN or RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our I CARE team in the OB/GYN Clinic setting. Essential duties of the position include rooming patients, completing assessments, calling patients with results, and coordination of patient care.
