The Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse will provide professional nursing or medical assistant care under supervision or scope of licensure for clinic patients.
Qualifications: BLS Certification Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from approved program. (Can be obtained on the job). Clinic/clinical/foot care experience preferred.
Medical Assistant: Certified as a Medical Assistant, or Registered Medical Assistant through an approved accreditor preferred, however can train on the job.
Licensed Practical Nurse: Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing. Valid Practical Nursing license in the state of WI through an approved accreditor.
Shift: Working 40 hours a week in the Podiatry department at the Sturgeon Bay Clinic.
Required: High School or better.
Preferred: Associates or better in Nursing or related field. General Education Diploma or better.
