Community Clinic in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Advanced Health and Wellness location. This full-time position runs Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends. You will support patient flow, collect vital signs, and assist clinicians while maintaining a clean, compliant environment.

The role requires completing HS diploma and either a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or CMA. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve diverse patients.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or CMA required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains patient flow during clinic to ensure prompt service.
• Obtains vital signs, measurements and lab tests per protocol.
• Records chief complaint and visit reason with good listening.
• Keeps exam room stocked and clean for efficiency.
• Assists providers with procedures and examinations.
• Translates between patient and staff as needed.
• Adheres to HIPAA/HITECH, CLIA, OSHA and related regulations.
