Job description

Our mission is to set the pace in lower extremity care as the partner of choice for leading physicians delivering best-in-class patient outcomes.

We seek to partner with established physician groups and practices with reputations for excellence in their communities.

We invest in our partner practices in order to grow the practices' patient bases and improve quality of care.

Team

Our management team is built to ensure our partner practices’ lasting success.

Founder and Principal, Lehrman Consulting, LLC

Pacesetter Health is a practice management group focused on partnering with best-in-class lower extremity healthcare clinics throughout the United States.

We look for physicians who are the staples of their community; for doctors with leading practices who want to grow and further improve the businesses they have built – but need a helping hand to achieve these goals.

By centralizing certain time-consuming administrative functions, our operating model reduces the back-office burden placed on independent doctors, which enables physicians to provide the highest quality of care, grow collections, and reduce practice expenses.

The Pacesetter Value Proposition

Value Realization – Value for the business you have built.
Stability & Security – Reduce financial risk of independently owning and operating your practice in today’s uncertain environment.
Higher Income – See more patients while providing more services; your clinic will become more efficient.
Economies of Scale – Enhance supplier purchasing leverage (lower cost).
Marketing Leverage – Marketing resources will help you build brand strength and attract new patients.
Investment – We will invest in new equipment as well ancillary services to drive revenue.
