Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant - Internal Medicine for our Naperville clinic. This full-time role supports a busy Primary Care office with 11 providers and additional staff.

The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, an hourly pay range of $20.29–$29.42, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision, tuition reimbursement, savings plan, HSA options, and retirement with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified, Registered, and Clinical Medical Assistants (CMA, RMA or CCMA) are required to provide current certification or registration.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association is REQUIRED.
• A valid driver's license is required for off-site duties when applicable.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and Saturdays; prior primary care experience preferred; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Supervisor, performs select clinical functions to enhance patient care.
• Prepare patients for physical examination, obtain specimens, conduct routine laboratory tests and record results; may perform phlebotomy.
• Under physician supervision, administer selected medications/injections.
• Also performs clerical duties related to clinic operations.
• MA supports a busy Primary Care office with 11 providers and additional clinical staff.
