Mass General Brigham is seeking a 32-hour Medical Assistant to support our internal medicine office in Scituate, MA, onsite from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of MA experience, BLS and CMA certification, and a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an MA degree.

As an Internal Medicine office, we offer a full range of primary care services - from routine check-ups and health screenings to complex diagnostic evaluation and treatment - for adult patients. With only 6 providers total, our small yet mighty team operates in a close-knit, supportive, and collaborative practice environment. The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree Medical Assisting preferred. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No.
