Job summary

Unitek EMT is seeking a Per-Diem Medical Assisting Instructor to join our team in Phoenix. You will support student success through engaging, hands-on instruction and healthcare education.

Responsibilities include educating students, designing lesson plans, mentoring diverse learners, and advising students. A high school diploma is required; CMA/RMA preferred. Experience with MS Office and learning management systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (RMA CMA NRCMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and provide technological and academic training to students.
• Design lesson plans for each class and tailor to student abilities.
• Identify and refer students who are at risk to student services.
• Provide ongoing student advisement and academic counseling.
• Maintain world-class service in interactions with students and staff.
• Comply with state, Department of Education, and accreditation regulations.
