Medical Assistant Instructor

Part-Time Medical Assistant Instructor – Mornings (Monday - Friday)

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking experienced Medical Assistants to teach year-round classes, with full paid training provided. This role involves instructing students in clinical and administrative skills in a classroom setting with a maximum of 24 students. Class sessions are 4.5 hours, held during day or evening shifts, and the position is part-time, typically 9-27 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:
  • Teaching in the Medical Assisting classroom, covering clinical and administrative skills
  • Delivering lectures and demonstrations based on Ross's curriculum and lesson plans
  • Participating as a Primary or Secondary Instructor, ready to step in as needed

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in medical assisting and formal training from an accredited institution. Must obtain a national certification as a medical assistant. Individuals without formal education must have at least 5+ years’ experience in the medical field and a national certification. Additional requirements may apply based on state, program, and accreditation standards.
  • Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience preferred
  • Flexibility, passion for learning and growth
