Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the medical assisting field and formal training from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to obtain a national certification as medical assistant.
• Interest in teaching or prior experience in teaching preferred.
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Medical Assisting classroom with up to 24 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours, day or evening.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Part-time position, typically 9–22.5 hours per week.
