Charter College is expanding its Medical Assistant Program in Yakima, WA and seeks an experienced Part-Time Medical Assistant Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a CCMA certification and 2+ years of MA experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate adult learners.

Qualifications

• CCMA certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Experience with blended or online teaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction.
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Monitor attendance and participation; grade assignments and input final grades.
• Maintain documentation and track equipment and supplies.
• Participate in faculty meetings and program development.
