Endeavor Health in Mount Prospect, IL is hiring a Medical Assistant for Immediate Care. This full-time role includes 38 hours per week, with hours Monday through Friday 8 am–8 pm and rotating holidays; some weekend shifts are required.

You will work at 199 W Rand Rd, supporting clinical operations, travel to nearby clinics as needed, and join a team focused on accessible, patient-centered care. CPR certification and MA certification are required.

• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association for healthcare providers required.
• Current certification or registration through listed MA cert bodies required.
• Previous Medical Assisting experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Position Highlights

Hourly Pay Range: $20.29 - $29.42 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position: Medical Assistant - Immediate Care

Location: 199 W Rand Rd, Mount Prospect

Full Time - 38 hours

Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 8 pm, rotating holidays and work every other weekends, Sat/Sun 8 am - 4 pm 2 - 12 hour shifts, a 8hr and 6hr shift

Required Travel: As needed to local Immediate Cares and Walk in Clinics (Buffalo Grove, Kildeer and Schaumburg) This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs.

What you will need

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association for healthcare providers required
• Current certification or registration through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), American Medical Technologies (AMT), National Center for Medical Assistants (NCMA), American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), National Health career Association (NHA) required.
• Previous Medical Assisting experience preferred
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
