Job summary

CoxHealth Center Ozark is seeking a MA III to provide administrative and clinical support in a busy ambulatory clinic. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, enter data in medical records, and assist providers with patient flow and medication administration.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an MA training program with pharmacology and externship, and CMA/RMA/CCMA or other CoxHealth-certified credential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduated from an MA training program covering pharmacology and clinical externship.
• Certification in a CoxHealth-approved program (CMA/AAMA, RMA/AMT, CCMA/NHA, NRCMA/NAHP, NCMA/NCCT, or RMA/AAMP).

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Enter data in medical records and assist with patient flow.
• Prepare patients for examinations and measure vital signs.
• Clean rooms, stock supplies, and administer medications.
