Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH seeks a Medical Assistant II for our Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery team. The role supports providers with patient care, rooming, in-office procedures, specimen collection, and chart preparation in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; MA program graduate or externship preferred.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• 1 year of healthcare experience with formal training or 1-2 years of MA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with in-office procedures including setup of instruments and wound care support.
• Document vitals, measurements and health history accurately.
• Support perioperative workflow with patient education and post-procedure instructions.
• Prepare electronic visit charts with test results and notes for provider review.
• Process medication refills and prior authorizations according to guidelines.
• Maintain clinical supplies and inventory to support clinic operations.
