Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a Medical Assistant II who will work under the supervision of a licensed practitioner to perform duties that support patient care. This role expands on the MA I responsibilities and requires full clinical competency for the assigned clinic.

You will follow established policies and procedures and contribute to a culture of compassionate, patient-centered care. The position emphasizes delivering care with respect, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with hands-on clinical training.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program.
• Completed two years of medical training in the US Armed Forces or minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant including vital signs, injections, and medication administration.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 6 months healthcare experience.
• 6 months medical assistant experience.
