Responsibilities

• Performs and completes clinical and non-clinical duties in the back office.
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date medical records and supports revenue cycle activities.
• Immunization and medication administration per procedures including labeling, storage and utilization.
• Collects specimens, performs CLIA testing instructions, and documents results in the EHR.
• Assists with discharge instructions and coordinates continuity of patient care with internal departments.
