Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Accredited MA program with hands-on clinical training OR registered MA apprenticeship program OR two years of medical training in US Armed Forces OR at least 1 year MA experience including vitals, injections, and meds OR Washington MA Certification on hire OR BLS within 30 days.
• Within 30 days of hire: Washington MA Certification; 6 months healthcare experience; 6 months MA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under the delegation of a licensed practitioner.
• Perform duties as directed to support clinical operations and patient flow.

Education

Graduate of accredited medical assistant program with hands-on clinical training

Graduate of registered medical assistant apprenticeship program

Completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces

Minimum one year of MA experience with vital signs, injections, and medication administration

Washington Medical Assistant Certification on hire

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

6 months healthcare experience

6 months Medical Assistant experience
