Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited medical assisting program.
• Graduate of MA apprenticeship program.
• Two years of medical training in US Armed Forces accepted.
• One year of MA experience with vital signs, injections, and medication administration.
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
• Within 30 days: BLS - American Heart Association.
• 6 months healthcare experience.
• 6 months MA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under the delegation of a licensed practitioner.
• Perform MA II duties with established policies and procedures.
• Support clinical needs for the assigned clinic/location.
