Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Medical Assistant program preferred or CMA eligible.
• Experience in medical office settings a plus.
• Knowledge of ICD-10/CPT coding beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and support provider during clinic visits.
• Manage patient messages, paperwork, and prior authorizations.
• Assist with both clinical and administrative duties.
• Rooming patients and completing intake.
• Assisting providers with patient care.
• Documenting in Cerner.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Managing patient messages and inquiries.
• Scanning and maintaining medical records.
• Preparing exam rooms and supporting clinic workflow.
