Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and BLS certification are required.
• 2 years of experience in a specialty clinical MA role, preferably orthopedic.
• Strong focus on patient quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with basic patient care and rooming duties.
• Support procedures, exam room setup, and instrument sterilization.
• Enter patient notes, lab slips, and reports into the electronic file.
• Provide patient education and respond to calls and requests.
• Coordinate scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
