Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or MA certification required.
• BLS through AHA within 90 days.
• Certifications CMA, RMA, NCMA or CCMA recognized.
• Two years of MA experience for MA II.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and collect clinical data for intake.
• Assist with procedures per provider protocol.
• Enter patient history and maintain medical records.
• Mentor and train new Medical Assistants.
