Job summary

Women’s Healthcare Associates, LLC is hiring a Medical Assistant to support OB/GYN and maternal-fetal medicine teams across multiple clinics. You’ll enter patient information into the electronic medical record, prepare patients for visits, and assist clinicians with history taking, vital signs, and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed LPN in Oregon required.
• Certified MA through AAMA/NCCT/AMT or eligible within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinicians as a vital care-team member.
• Enter patient information into EMR from forms and preload records.
• Escort patients, take history and vital signs to support clinician visit.
• Ensure clinician orders are entered and follow-up is arranged.
• Coordinate with scheduling and benefits to meet patient needs.
• Uphold WHA values and commitment to patient experience.
