Responsibilities

• Greets patients and escorts to exam rooms.
• Obtains vitals: weight, blood pressure, pulse and temperature; performs EKGs, injections and/or phlebotomy.
• Assists providers and supports patients with timely information flow.
• Maintains and retrieves medical records and ensures proper patient identification on documents.
• Assembles records and handles patient information requests according to policy.
