Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking an MA II to support patient care under the supervision of a licensed practitioner at Swedish Klahanie Primary Care‑Issaquah. The role requires completing MA I duties and proficiency in clinical procedures in the assigned clinic.

The candidate should have relevant MA certifications, minutes for BLS, and healthcare experience. This is an on-site, full-time position with day shifts and a base pay range described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program with hands-on clinical training.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program.
• Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant including vital signs, injections, and medication administration.
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 6 months healthcare experience.
• 6 months Medical Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under the delegation of a licensed practitioner.
• Perform MA II duties per established policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Work in a clinic/location as assigned and support care delivery.
