Qualifications

Other duties may be assigned.* Obtains and documents vital signs (blood pressure, weight, height, respirations, temperature, and heart rate), pain scale, 02 saturation and body mass index (BMI).* Reviews and updates reason for visit, medications, allergies, social history, family history, surgical history, and any required screenings or quality measures with patient/family.* Ensures patient's chart is complete.
