Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of medical assistant or ambulatory care experience.
• Familiar with ambulatory care workflows and documentation.
• Experience with electronic health records and standard office tech.
• Basic Life Support certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, review med history, prepare for exams.
• Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and testing.
• Complete follow-up tasks and coordinate with care team.
• Support medication, vaccine, and supply workflows per site procedures.
• Identify gaps in documentation and resolve routine issues.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment in safe, clean condition.
• Assist less experienced teammates with workflow questions.
