Job summary

AdventHealth Castle Rock is seeking a Medical Assistant to support daily clinic operations and patient care in Colorado. You will delegate tasks, monitor schedules and ensure quality standards are met while delivering compassionate care.

Required are a High School Grad, 2+ years related experience, and CPR/BLS certification; CMA/CMAC/RMA or equivalent is also required. This role involves rooming patients, taking vitals, and assisting with procedures.

Qualifications

• Vital signs are required for patient assessment.
• Body substance isolation procedures are required.
• Specimen collection is required.
• Phone etiquette and organizational skills are preferred.
• High School Grad or Equiv is required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate duties to clinic staff and manage operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to clinic quality, regulatory, billing and customer service standards.
• Monitor physician schedules and organize patient care for timely visits.
• Rooms patients, takes vital signs, documents history and allergies.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures; administer medications.
