Qualifications

• CMA/RMA certification required or current license/registration.
• Experience supporting ambulatory or specialty clinics is preferred.
• Ability to document and reconcile medications, allergies, and visit notes.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document vital signs.
• Assist physicians and licensed staff with exams, procedures, and screenings.
• Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection.
• Provide medication support including injections and immunizations as permitted by site protocols.
• Coordinate follow-up activities and patient instructions.
• Maintain exam room readiness, supply levels, and infection prevention practices.
• Identify documentation gaps or workflow issues and escalate as needed.
