CVHS is seeking a Medical Assistant II to support a high-volume practice in Louisa, VA. The role covers a broad range of clinical tasks under clinician supervision and requires strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

You will manage supplies, assist in nursing procedures, and contribute to efficient patient flow. One year of health facility experience is preferred, CPR is a plus as needed.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Allied Health Training program.
• Certification achieved by passing a National exam from a program other than the MA school.
• Proof of re-certification, if applicable.
• One year’s experience in a health facility, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs nursing procedures as directed by the clinician per Nursing Procedure Manual.
• Maintains accurate inventory of medical supplies and assists in equipment selection.
• Assists in quality assurance and control and supports efficient patient flow.
• Attends work as scheduled; performs related duties as assigned.
