Job summary

Prime Healthcare Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and care teams in a Primary Care clinic. You will handle patient interfacing, chart management, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Medical Assistant Certification, current BLS, and at least one year of public-facing healthcare experience, with phlebotomy competency preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management. Provides Information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. Conveys a positive image of organization.
