Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, managing supply inventories, processing prior authorizations, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the day. Some travel to UNIO locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of healthcare experience preferred, including EMR system experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient turnover of patient rooms and maintain timely daily schedule flow.
• Provide patient care: taking vitals, documenting intake forms and medical history, and explaining procedure instructions.
• Assist with updating supply orders and maintain fully stocked inventories.
• Assist physicians and staff with procedures, including specimen collection and transport, phlebotomy, and medication preparation.
