• Obtains and records patient histories, vitals, and test results for the medical chart.
• Prepares patients for visits with preliminary screenings and charting duties.
• Follows Epic EMR workflows for MA duties and appointment communications.
• Assists with minor procedures and specimen collection as directed by licensed staff.
