Qualifications

• Experience in phlebotomy is preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience in medical terminology is required.

• Experience with EPIC or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for examination and takes vital signs.
• Collects data for patient assessment under direction of nurse.
• Performs point-of-service activities like appointment scheduling.
• Maintains positive relationships with patients and families.
