• Obtains vital signs and documents chief complaint and visit reason.
• Prepares and assists patients undergoing treatments, examinations, and procedures.
• Performs medication reconciliation and refills as requested under physician guidance.
• Maintains equipment, supplies, and a clean, safe environment.
