UCHealth University of Colorado Health is hiring a Medical Assistant for our Highlands Ranch Outpatient Clinics. This onsite, full-time position offers 80 hours per pay period with a day shift.

Pay ranges from $20.26 to $26.34 per hour, depending on experience; A structured career ladder applies with opportunities to advance through levels with CMA/RMA and BLS certification. Responsibilities include direct patient care, vital signs, specimen collection, and related administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care experience in ambulatory or clinic settings.
• Familiar with vital signs collection and basic clinical procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a nurse or clinician.
• Greet patients, prepare exam rooms, and assist with procedures.
• Take and document vital signs and collect specimens as needed.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the team.
• Maintain stocked, tidy care areas and manage supplies.
• Perform administrative tasks like scheduling and data entry.
