Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Highlands Ranch is seeking a Medical Assistant for onsite duties in the Highlands Ranch Outpatient Clinics. The role requires direct patient care under supervision, with emphasis on gathering vital signs, specimen collection and timely communication of patient changes.

Minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED, and a CMA/RMA certification plus BLS/CPR credential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Required Licensure/Certification: BLS through AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date; BLS/CPR card valid through 60 days after hire.
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years Medical Assistant experience OR graduate of an accredited MA program.

Medical Assistant – Highlands Ranch Outpatient Clinics

Department: Positions available Highlands Ranch Float Pool

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Full-time Days

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Medical Assistant Requirements:

Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Required Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Minimum Experience: 3 years of Medical Assistant experience OR graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.

Medical Assistant - $20.26 - $26.34/ hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Medical Assistant I Requirements:

MA:
