NEW Health in Newport, WA is seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant to support patient care in a busy clinic. The role focuses on front-to-back support, phlebotomy, injections, and patient education within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will complete ABHES/CAAHEP accredited training and obtain MA credentials within 120 days, with tuition reimbursement and ongoing on-the-job training. Benefits include no-cost employee healthcare, life flight membership, a 401(k) with match, and ample PTO.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical assistant training program (ABHES/CAAHEP).
• Certification required within 120 days of hire (AAMA/CCMA/NCCT).
• MA credential issued by Washington DOH within 120 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Greet and prepare patients for the provider; manage flow and delays.
• Perform phlebotomy and routine laboratory procedures as directed.
• Assist providers with exams and procedures; document referrals and follow-ups.
• Ensure clean, stocked exam rooms and proper instrument sterilization.
• Support care team with calls, scheduling, and provider orders.
