Gunnison Valley Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Family Medicine Clinic in Gunnison, CO. You will be the first patient contact, assisting with examinations and treatments under a Physician or APN guidance.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients and prepares them for physician evaluation; records vitals.
• Performs point-of-care tests and basic procedures as directed.
• Coordinates patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operation.
• Follows up on test results and patient progress.
• Performs clerical duties as assigned by Clinic Office Manager.
