Job summary

Mountain Family Health Centers is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers and nursing staff in delivering high quality health care. The position involves rotating between Glenwood Springs High School and Roaring Fork High School, performing clinical and administrative tasks to keep the day smooth and efficient.

Spanish speaking is required, and candidates with 1–3 years of Medical/Nursing/Home Care experience and EHR familiarity will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Medical/Nursing Home/Home Care experience preferred
• 1-3 years of Electronic Health Records Experience preferred
• Spanish speaking required

General Purpose

Under medical/nursing supervision, assist providers and nursing staff in the delivery of high quality health care. The primary function of the Medical Assistant is to support the providers with a variety of clinical and administrative tasks during the clinical day.This MA will be located two days our of Glenwood Springs High School and two days out of Roaring Fork High School.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Medical/Nursing Home/Home Care experience preferred
• 1-3 years of Electronic Health Records Experience preferred
• Spanish speaking required

Salary:

$22.08 to $24.62 per hour; DOQ (including up to $2,250 per year in geographic pay for RFHS coverage.)
