Job summary

MFM Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Primary Care team in a full-time role. The ideal candidate will room patients, take vitals, document in EMR, and support providers with clinical and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent (required).
• Medical Assistant or EMT: 2 years (preferred).
• EMR systems: 1 year (preferred).
• Patient care: 2 years (preferred).
• Certified Medical Assistant (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals, and provide support to providers and nurses.
• Administer treatments/diagnostic tests as ordered (vaccinations, nebulizer, EKGs, Covid testing).
• Assist providers in examinations and/or procedures as necessary.
• Deliver care appropriate to the patient’s age group.
• Maintain safe patient care by organized, coordinated delivery of quality care.
