Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant for a Monday–Friday schedule (10:30a–7:00p). The role includes administering clinical and administrative tasks, maintaining patient flow, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current medical assistant certificate or EMT certificate from an accredited program.
• Experience as a medical assistant.
• CA-specific requirements must be met and continuing education credits maintained.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of the intake team to ensure patients are seen promptly.
• Observe urine samples for drug screens and package for laboratory testing.
• Obtain vital signs and report findings to the nurse.
• Collect blood samples for standard tests and prepare for lab submission.
• Maintain and update medical records in the EHR and related systems.
