Job summary

Cara Mia Dermatology is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dermatology and aesthetic team in a busy clinic. You will support clinicians with patient care, medical history reviews, and dermatology-related documentation in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating skin conditions, educating patients on treatments, maintaining medical records, and assisting with rehearsed non-invasive procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• Must be computer literate
• CPR certification strongly preferred or ability to obtain certification within 4 weeks of employment
• Ability to learn and understand medical terminology and vital signs
• At least one year of Dermatology experience preferred
• MA certificate of completion/diploma from medical vocational program preferred

• Keeping a record of patients' dermatological symptoms
