Job Details
  • Fulfills patient care responsibilities, including organizing patient flow, preparing exam rooms, and accompanying patients.
  • Documents patient history, charts, collects specimens, relays instructions, and assists patients as needed.
  • Performs patient screening, documents history, conducts medication reconciliation, and obtains vitals.
  • Assists doctors with physical exams and office procedures.
  • Supports administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, managing records, referrals, and prior authorizations.
  • Maintains clinical inventory and manages supplies.
  • Floats to other offices as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant diploma preferred.
  • Experience in a surgical office and with electronic medical records strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
