We currently have clinics located in Boulder (2 locations), Louisville, Longmont, and Erie.
Summary:
Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is currently seeking medically trained candidates to join our ENT team! This position is benefit-eligible, working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

- Part-time employees are eligible for medical / dental / vision, company-paid life insurance, voluntary benefits, RTD EcoPass, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), and holiday pay (if regularly scheduled to work on an observed holiday).
- Experience working within a multi-specialty group practice with both primary and specialty care clinics.
Job Duties:
- Perform clinic administrative duties, including answering incoming calls, verifying patient information, patient check-in/out, and coordinating appointments.
- Obtain patient medical history, vital signs, prepare charts, record medication dosages and frequencies, document patient allergens, and assist with examinations.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with protocols, regulations, and policies.
- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring proper equipment is present and stocked.
- Document all patient encounters in the electronic medical record system.
Experience and Skills
- Good history-taking skills, strong computer skills, accurate documentation, and good organizational skills.
- Effective communication with patients, providers, and staff.
- Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and demonstrate self-direction.
Education Requirements (one of the following):
- Completion of Medical Assistant education (certification not required but preferred).
- Other medical training, education, and active certification (e.g., EMT, Surgical Tech, CNA).
- Military medical training with supporting documentation.
- College degree with health science coursework, with unofficial transcripts submitted at application.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting is preferred.
Pay Range:
- Starting hourly pay is $18.91 - $25.21, depending on experience (full range up to $28.36).
