Job summary

Michael L Weiss MD LTD in Columbus, OH is seeking a capable Medical Assistant to join a fast-paced family practice team. The MA will collect vitals, document communications, assist with injections, stock supplies, and triage calls while supporting physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Collect patients vitals
• Document all communications in clear and concise manner, and in compliance with professional standards
• Urine collection, analysis
• Administer medication and vaccine injections
• Maintain supplies and equipment
• Perform cleaning and stocking of clinical supplies in lab and exam room
• Answer and triage incoming phone calls; communicate physician recommendations and/or treatment plan via phone; call in prescriptions
• Assist other team members with patient care

We are a family practice still looking to add another MA to our team! We are seeking a professional, team-oriented individual that thrives in a fast paced environment; and is dedicated to compassionate, high quality patient care.

Our hours are Monday through Thursday 7am-5pm with a one hour lunch and Fridays 7-12:00!
