Responsibilities

• Facilitates efficient patient flow including preparing the patient for the visit.
• Performs Care Connect EMR documentation tasks.
• Maintains current patient information and EMR inbox.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the environment and equipment.
• Communicates with patients and team to ensure quality patient care.
• Trains new staff and supports standard work development.
